Caitlin Justesen is the founder and owner of RHD Decor & Interiors, where she helps clients create timeless, elegant spaces with a refined blend of history and sophistication. Inspired by her own 125-year-old home in Old Town Manassas, Caitlin specializes in restoring and reimagining historic homes—whether through full-scale renovations or thoughtfully designed interiors for modern living.
She is passionate about craftsmanship, community, and supporting the arts, values that are at the heart of RHD Decor & Interiors.

Lisa Ortiz brings over 27 years of expertise in luxury interior design to RHD Decor & Interiors. As the former Design Director of a nationally award-winning firm, she has led high-end projects across the East Coast and beyond, transforming residences with a seamless blend of Transitional, Contemporary, and Traditional influences.
A graduate of Marymount University, Lisa specializes in finish selections, space planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, ensuring every design is both beautiful and functional.
